These are images from Mainframe's computer-animated series Beast Wars Transformers--the long-awaited follow-up to the original Transformers series. Featuring an all-new generation of characters, along with a few familiar faces that popped up over the course of the series, and a complex storyline that's based around events from the original show, Beast Wars ran for 52 episodes. The episodes these images are from have already aired throughout North America, and they don't contain very many spoilers story-wise, but in case you haven't seen them or the characters who are introduced in the later episodes, proceed at your own risk!

Some of these are images I've scanned in myself from various sources such as magazine articles and the Japanese trading cards, and some are background images from the official HasbroCollectors Beast Wars site, most of which for some reason were squashed out of proportion and displayed as 256-color gif images on the site. With a little work in photoshop, those images have been restored to proper-looking proportions and cleaned up to reduce some of the artifacts of the color reduction, making some nice wallpaper-sized images (some nicer than others, though). I don't claim any ownership of these images, they're from Hasbro and Mainframe--I've just scanned them and/or fixed them up a little. (If you post these images on your own page, it would be common courtesy that you at least put a link back to my site--and to the Hasbro site--to let people know where they came from.)
